Following my review of Top with Cinnamon: Stylish Sweet and Savoury Recipes by Izy Hossack (and recipe for Sweet & Spicy Roasted Chickpeas) I am pleased to announce that Hardie Grant Books have offered my readers the chance to win 1 of 2 copies of this fabulous new book which has a rrp of £20.

    My love cake recipe I only do it as a birthday cake
    It has ground almonds white and dark chocolate chips and glacé cherries and I bake it in a heart shaped tin

    I LOVE profiteroles and all the varieties in flavours and fillings you can bake.

    Hmm…. Well that depends on it’s the thing I make most (cereal based bakes) the things I enjoy making most (lemon drizzle / cookies) or the thing that I invented and had the most requests for a re-bake – Malty Millionaire slice made using malted milk powder, toffee, nice biscuits and chocolate!
