I have been using this knife block for the last week and am wondering how I ever lived without if before! I love that my drawer now has so much extra space as my previous knife block only held 5 knives! I love that at a glance I can see exactly which blade I need (which saves me time). Finally I love the design (by London designer Christian Bird) which wouldn’t look out of place in a modern art gallery!
The Precision knives are not only smart but have been a joy to cook with. The handles are soft and comfortable to use and with the blades being so fine as well as sharp, I find they just glide almost effortlessly through whatever I’m cutting. Being coated in non-stick the knives are also really easy to clean (but not dishwasher safe).
