To cook this delicious selection of meats to perfection, follow these seven steps for BBQ cooking:
- Cook on a clean, pre-heated BBQ.
- Allow meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes and then brush with oil.
- Sprinkle with The Perfect Seasoning just before cooking.
- Cook steak slowly until brown, turning once with long handled tongs.
- Cook meat for 60% of the time on the first side and 40% on the other.
- Check thicker cuts of meat with a thermometer to see if they’re cooked through.
- Rest meat on a rack, covered in foil for up to 20 minutes after cooking to allow it to become warm, moist and tender all the way through.
