This would be such a big help, even not having to peel and par boil potatoes for roasting is a big help! Every Christmas since my youngest was born we’ve had some sort of a bad New Christmas Eve – last year was chicken pox, we always end up having a couple of hours of sleep and so this would help immensely. Means i would be able to spend more time taking gifts out of boxes and removing all the plastic ties etc that comes with them all
