Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie is a delicious and healthy smoothie with the addition of banana, vanilla and coconut water finished off with a sprig of mint!
Today I’m bringing you my Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie!
Once Christmas is over we all tend to think about getting back to healthier eating and exercise. So it was very timely that JD Sports asked me to come up with a healthy Smoothie recipe to celebrate the launch of their new Pink Soda Sports brand for women!
I developed this Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie which is simply delicious and a great way to stay hydrated! Packed full of vitamins and minerals it would make a great post-workout drink.
Pineapple is an excellent source of manganese and Vitamin C, bananas are high in Vitamin B6, and coconut water is a good source of potassium and is refreshing and hydrating.

Sounds delicious and refreshing 🙂 I have seen coconut milk powder before and was tempted to buy some, but then couldn’t think of what to do with it. Adding it to smoothies is a great idea 😀
Camilla
I love coconut milk powder and mainly use it for curries but it worked really well in this smoothie too:-)

Classic combo, love it, though I confess that my mind wanders to pina colada!
Camilla
Yes mine did a bit too Kavey, would make a great non-alcoholic Pina Colada style cocktail for New Year’s Eve:-)
